Due to the nature of our products, all sales of smoked meats, perishable food items, and made-to-order products are final.

Once products have been prepared, smoked, or shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and quality standards.

If you experience an issue with your order due to damage during shipping or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.
